The price per standard line as well as the amount of hours required for the translation depend on the difficulty of the documents in need of translation as well as on the source and target languages. As a rule, neither can be calculated without taking a look at the source document(s).

If the source document is not provided in an editable text format (such as, e.g., Microsoft Word™ document), as is the case, for example, with PowerPoint or .pdf files, extra time may be required for the conversion of the files or for layout editing. This will additionally be invoiced based on hourly rates.

If you want the certified translation to be mailed to you, there will be an additional charge for postage and shipping, which depends on the number of pages. Of course, you may also collect your translation personally on appointment.

Translation service providers: By prior arrangement, translations can be made using SDL Trados(TM), and the created translation memory files can be delivered to the customer. Unless agreed otherwise, the delivery of the translation memory files is subject to an additional fee to be agreed in each case.
